Make
your own exhibition
Making your own exhibition includes the following
tasks:
1. selecting objects in the storage
2. placing the objects in showcases in the exhibition
rooms
3. writing labels for the objects (optional)
4. saving your exhibition
1. selecting objects
The storage contains 23 boxes with objects. When
you drag the mouse over the boxes you will see the
labels from which you will know the content e.g. Africa,
Feather etc.
Click on a box to open it and the content will be
shown in a table. Each field in the table contains
an icon of an object and a small i-sign. When clicking
on the i-sign the icon will be enlarged and shown
together with information about the object. The button
'See photo' leads to a photo of the real object together
with more information
Each object can be selected by dragging them with
the mouse into the green box.
An object can be selected more than once.
Click on the green box to see what you have chosen.
30 objects can be chosen as a maximum.

placing objects
When you have selected the objects walk into the exhibition
rooms. The green box will be present in the lower
right corner.
There
are three exhibition rooms:
A blue room with space for 15 objects
A red room with space for 5 objects
A green room with space for 10 objects
Click
on the green box to open it and the objects will be
shown in a table with the same functionality as in
the storage boxes.
Drag the objects from the box into the showcases and
the paintings to the walls. The objects can be moved
around to other showcases and back to the box.

writing labels for the objects
Each object can be accompanied by a label with your
personal comment.
Click at the label at the showcase for the popup with
a comment field.
4.
saving your exhibition
When you have placed the objects in the exhibition
(you may go back to the storage to pick up more) you
can save your exhibition, so it can be seen by others.
Click the white sign in the entrance hall ' Save your
exhibition'. You will be asked to give the exhibition
a name and a description (optional). You can also
print a catalogue for your exhibition.
